European Detergent Regulation
EPY X.648 is the module that automates the regulatory compliance of your detergents, integrating ingredients, datasheets and documentation into a single digital flow.
The X.648 module was specifically designed for manufacturers and marketers of detergent products and allows them to comply with the labeling and ingredient sheet requirements set forth in Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004, as amended.
The module can be integrated with the basic EPY X module.
Main functions
The module

automatically calculates the labelling information required by Part A of Annex VII of Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 for detergent products

Starting from the data entered for substances and raw materials, the system determines and reports the content of the relevant components, indicating, where required, the relevant concentration range

allows you to integrate the calculation in section 2.2 of the Safety Data Sheet and on the label, if the X.LAB module is available

It allows the automated creation of ingredient sheets for medical personnel and the public, as required by parts C and D of Annex VII of Regulation (EC) 648/2004

Automatically calculates all components. If necessary, the user can manually modify the calculated data using the standard tables integrated directly into the system.
