Today, Acrobat Reader is the global standard for reading documents, especially on the Internet.
Telematic has created a module running under Windows capable of performing the mass conversion of MSDSs to PDF format.
EPY.PDF System for archiving MSDSs created in PDF format with EPY
This is a software package external to EPY.
The functions for selecting and exporting the MSDSs you wish to convert are activated in EPY. EPY.PDF receives MSDSs and converts them to PDF format for reading with Acrobat Reader.
It is possible to display the list of archived MSDSs by code, description, number, revision date, etc. Buttons are provided to facilitate the functions of exporting MSDSts, saving them on magnetic media and sending them via e-mail.
The software can be copied and distributed to customers and agents, who will not only receive the documents, but an organized list of MSDSs with selection, display print and mailing functions.Prerequisites
EPY.PDF requires the base EPY module (EPY+.SDS).
Reading documents only requires Acrobat Reader.
