On the 31th of December has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union the Regulation (EC) no 1272/2008 concerning the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures.

CLP – 1st adaptation

On the 5th of September 2009 was published the (EC) n. 790/2009 Regulation, bringing modifications to the (EC) 1272/2008 Regulation on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, in order to reflect the introduction of the technical progress for the 30th  and 31st time. It will come into effect from the 1st of December 2010.
